This is an event held every year to help Children and Families of Iowa. There were lots of booths, inflatibles, games, preformances and such. Soon after we got there we past by the stage where a couple of Veggie Tale characters were dancing. Jacob has never seen them before so I was curious to know what he thought when he excitedly said to me, "Look Mom! Look who it is! Its fruit snacks!"
Jacob really liked climbing in and out of the police car on demo, but of course wanted to explore all the gadgets in the front seat and not just sit in the "back-back." He also really liked watching the Channel 13 helicopter ("chopper 13"). The demonstrator would aim the camera at people in the crowd and it would show up on a TV, so of course Jacob wanted to go back to it throughout the evening.
