Aaron in Guatemala

Aaron's in Guatemala! He went there with a group of students, residents, and doctors from Kansas City. They stay in Antigua (a big tourist city) but travel to mountain villages or small towns to provide free medical services. Obviously the fact that Aaron speaks Spanish is a huge asset and he is called on on a number of occasions to clarify something or take over a case. Once another student told Aaron that he needed to take over a certain patient who had to have some procedure done in a personal area and insisted on having a male doctor. Aaron went in and talked to the man (who had some mental challenges) before proceeding and realized that the problem was with his foot instead. Good thing he caught that!
Notice the actor on the sign? This was the sign used to advertise the clinic he worked at. I can't read "precios" or "surtido". So my crude translation is "Pharmacy! With the best (something) and the best (something else). Maybe presciptions and service? No se!
