Halloween

They really didn't like the mustaches. Can you tell? Of course I loved them and made them wear them for a picture.
They wore their costumes from Thursday on through Saturday and performed many brave rescues. Their fav "burning buildings" are the little trees out back and Adelay's crib. Sam was so caught up in make believe that he couldn't even smile for a picture here. Could you if you were stuck in a burning building? Lets hope he was playing the role of rescuee here and not the rescuer. That'd be a sad state indeed!

Jackets were made of an old sheet and yellow duck tape.

We went to a festival at our neighborhood Baptist church.

I made a dalmation costume for Adelay at the very last minute, but it looked more like a cow because the spots were too big and it was too short. So she wore the same costume Jacob wore his first Halloween (with the addition of a bow). Thanks Sarah!

You can barely see a green dot in the sky. The man next to me said he thought it was a shooting star or something. (UFO?) Glad I caught it on camera!
