Since I had a lot of time off last week I took the boys out for a long day to give Rebecca a break. We spent the morning visiting big bug sculptures at the botanical gardens, had sack lunches, went to the mall (while the boys slept in the stroller), then spent the afternoon and early evening at Kiddie Park (an old-fashioned amusement park). We finished off the night with dinner and ice cream. Jacob has started saying, "Dad, you're my best friend ever." But then I hear him say the same thing to Rebecca. I'm glad he has enough love for all of us.

Aaron you are an awesomes husband, I bet she loved the day having girl time. Keep up the great work.
What a great dad! And a great husband! I am sure your wife really, really appreciated it. Very sweet.
