A homemade toy

Today I made a pin-ball gun out
of some cardboard tubes and
rubberbands. Its cool!
Jacob loves it; Sam is scared of it! I found directions in a book from the library.

When I get smaller tubes I can make "pins" to shoot at. For now Jacob had fun shooting it in the air. (Its just loaded with a wad of tissue paper.)

He liked to pull it back so much that he'd pull it out a lot!

Here is a quick video showing how it works. Jacob and his friend Drew absolutely loved playing with it. By now (April 12) its broken! But I just need to replace the rubberbands.

I just have to say, can you believe how clean my house looks?!

Cami would love this! You're so crafty, Rebecca. :) You should post the directions for how to do it.

Where did you get the directions for this??? I would love to know for projects for school and for my job if I do it again next summer! I think it would fit well with our theme at Cub Scout Day Camp of Galaxy Quest...they could be space shooters or something!!! Anyway, if you could get me the directions or just where you got them from I would appreciate it!
